Communication pathway final piece reflection

For my final outcome I combined the themes I explored in my prompts such as machinery, decay, organs, diagrams and mechanical things I do not understand. The story is based on a character who wants to turn themselves into a machine. I have never made a zine before and I did not anticipate how long it would take and how long it would take to plan as well as finish. It was also my first time trying to make a pop up book and I chose a very complicated cut out to use for my final page. Despite having a lot of issues and not being able to finish it on time I really enjoyed the process of thinking how to make the universe and the characters and how to make each scene memorable while still telling a narrative.
